Dear Madam
I cordially concur in the
sentiments of the Memorial you
have done me the honor to enclose
to me- I consider the project in [?]yes
as a grand national object, of
the first magnitude, and the
very highest character, and you
may be sure that no vote I
can give here, would be more
earnest and hearty, than that
which I am glad and prompt to
pledge in favor of the petition of
the Memorial -
