The expense of getting up a Work of \r\nany magnitude here is considerable - arising in\r\na great degree from the heavy Advertising Duty.\r\nI have not however trusted to my own judgment\r\nbut have shewn it to three of our first publishers\r\nwithout being able to make any\r\narrangement - & now it would not be practicable,\r\nmany copies having found their way to\r\nLondon.
