My solution is to re-purpose the old and use it to teach the new. Those that don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it, and what better way to learn than to see it in person. I propose renovating the old building into a beacon of knowledge for those that wish to learn from the past and make a better future. A place where people can come to see the challenges of analog methods in an increasingly digital world and keep in touch with reality.

Over the next fifty years we will see the realization of many dreams and nightmares. It will be a digital world, where all information can be found without leaving the house, but people will lose touch with each other and reality. A lack of traditional and close friendships will fade away and be replaced with the most superficial of substitutes. We are already seeing this in our youth, quality relationships are becoming few and far between. I is a problem that we have faced in our lifetimes, and will become worse over time.
